Strength training has always been my passion, seeing how it helps people both physically and mentally is what motivates me every day as a coach. My approach to training is ‘less is more if you do it right’. What does this mean? It means with the right coaching you can become more efficient with your training, spend less hours in the gym, and still achieve your goals!
We start out with doing a screening on where you are on your journey now, what you want to work on and what you NEED to work on to become a better lifter. No matter if you have small or big goals we want to ensure that you get the most out of your training with me.
Together we will discuss and decide how many training sessions that fits according to your goals, current level and schedule. The sessions will be tailored to you needs and adjusted according to your goals. You will get special tasks that will help you improve your weightlifting or strength goals.

– Share with me how the week has been , so we can adjust the program accordingly
– Video analyse, get feed back on your lifts to improve your technique
Progress is important to keep your self motivated through your journey and to keep pushing to become a better lifter. Sometimes it can be difficult to see all the progress you have done, weightlifting is a complex sport, so small progress in different areas will give you huge progress later on. through the app it will be easy to spot the both smal and bigger progress and to set new goals.
We measure your development and progression with tests and status along the way.
A Strength coach that is passionated to help you. With my long career of coaching different people at all levels, and with my experience form being an elite athlete, I know that details matter and what is needed to get the most out of the time you spend in the gym. I have been in the sport of weightlifting and competing on the international stage for many years, and I believe that this experience has given me a lot of knowledge, to know how to best develop oneself.
Want to improve your weightlifting, either for doing weightlifting or for sports performance. Maybe you are a sprinter wanting to run faster or a handball player wanting to be more explosive. Maybe you are a crossfiter that needs to improve your weight lifting? Or maybe you want to take your weightlifting to a new level. want to join a local meet? Or qualify for an even?
You can join as long as you want or need.
It depends on your goal, level and capacity. We will find this out together.
You can apply at any time.
Yes, you will need weightlifting equipment. A barbell and plates.
To ensure sufficient time to see results, there is a minimum binding period of three months.
